- Le prix, imbattable pour une chambre individuelle
- Amabilité du propriétaire
- Odeur très désagréable de cigarettes dans tout l'appartement
- lit clic-clac peu confortable mais suffisant pour 1 nuit ou 2
- Pas de serviette de douche à disposition
- Propriétaire très bruyant : travaux dès 6h30...
- Salle de bain pas bien propre

La chambre était froide
Le monsieur avait apparent un souci de carte SIM et j’ai appelé à plusieurs reprises sans réponses, j’ai dû demander aux voisins pour y accéder et puis sonner .

Matelas vraiment pas confortable.
Beaucoup de bruits .
Pas de serviettes.
Pas de petit déjeuner annoncé ( seulement un café) .
Odeur de tabac froid .
Seulement un duvet ( alors qu'on est en plein mois de janvier ) .
