Welcome to the Blueberry Escape! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath lakefront home comfortably sleeps 10 guests, making it perfect for family getaways or trips with friends. The fully furnished kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, while the open-concept dining and living room is ideal for gathering, with cozy seating and a selection of board games. Step outside to a spacious deck, complete with plenty of patio furniture to lounge and take in the stunning lake views, or unwind by the fire pit. After a day of exploring, relax in the hot tub or sit out at the private deck down by the shoreline of Beaver Lake which is steps away from the back porch. Hickory Creek Marina is also only 3 miles down the road.

As you enter the home, you'll step into a welcoming living room with soaring ceilings and large windows that showcase the beautiful surroundings. This cozy space is perfect for gathering, offering plush seating, a large smart TV, and a selection of board games for fun family nights. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a dining area that comfortably seats six.
When it’s time to rest, choose from three sleeping options:
(1) The first King suite on the main floor includes a smart TV, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom.
(2) The second Queen suite, also on the main floor, comes with a walk-in closet.
(3) The upstairs bedroom is divided into two sections: one with two Twin beds, each with pullout beds, and the other with a Queen bed and a smart TV.
Step outside to enjoy the large double-deck patio, complete with a gas grill, comfortable seating, and umbrellas. It’s the ideal spot for outdoor meals or watching the local wildlife. Wind down in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit, which comes stocked with firewood. Take the trail from the backyard down to the water—depending on the lake level, you might be able to enjoy a swim.

-There is no dock access at this property
-Only dogs are allowed at this listing with a limit of 2

Guests will have access to the entire home except for an owner's closet. An initial round of consumables will also be provided. Check-in details including the code to get inside the property to be sent on the day of check-in at the time of check-in.

Communication with the host was easy and questions were answered quickly. The location is great with a very short drive into town while still feeling miles away from the chaos.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and fit our family perfectly. The backyard and the scenic lake access was amazing. We did however expect to have a bit more swimming access, but the listing does accurately describe what was available. The only suggestion I would make is there was not enough towels for our family of 8, we could only find 5 towels. We made it work though and truly enjoyed our stay!!
