Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, with decks, screened in patio room and a PRIVATE DOCK. Situated on Lake Avalon, a no wake lake in Bella Vista, you'll find the perfect atmosphere for kayaking (4 provided), paddleboarding (we have 2!) swimming and fishing! Relax in the hammocks or explore the walking and bike trails nearby. Fully stocked home, kitchen, grill, firepit, & laundry!
