Haus André by FiS - Fun in Styria is located in an idyllic, rural setting in picturesque Bad Mitterndorf in Styria, nestled between mountains, forests, and valleys at approximately 800 meters above sea level. The detached house was last renovated in 2022 and offers a comfortable and versatile retreat for up to eight people with a generous 140 m² of living space. The property encompasses 1,000 m² and, with its garden, lawn, gazebo, barbecue area, covered terrace, and balcony, allows for a relaxing stay in the countryside with exceptionally beautiful views of the mountains, valley, and countryside.
Inside, the house impresses with a modern yet cozy atmosphere. Two bedrooms with carpeted floors and generous storage space, a spacious living room with laminate flooring, a fireplace, and a sofa corner, as well as two bathrooms and two guest toilets, offer plenty of comfort for families and groups. The fully equipped living room invites you to linger, and two large TVs (44-55 inches) with international channels and digital TV connections are available. Electric heating, complemented by an open fireplace, provides cozy warmth.
The enclosed kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a comprehensive range of kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery. The separate dining area with a dining table offers ample space for social gatherings.
For additional convenience, a washing machine, dryer (each for private use), clothes rack, and laundry service are available. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The house is designed for family use; children are welcome. Pets are permitted upon request (maximum 2 pets). Haus André is a non-smoking house.
