About this chalet rental
Beautiful Austrian luxury chalet for 8 persons.
Our typical Austrian and very high quality equipped holiday home is only 6 years old and ideal for families or groups up to 8 people. Our guests are always looking forward to the wonderful mountains of the Salzburg Dolomites.
Our modern kitchen offers all the comfort of appliances, utensils and crockery. The 2 exclusive bathrooms offer enough space for 2 families. In the 3 bedrooms there are 3 pine double beds and 1 bedroom has 1 floor bed, all with quality mattresses. In the house are Wifi, DVD, stereo and cable TV available.
In summer, the terrace (child safe) offers plenty of space for playing and sitting together. There is a wonderful view of the valley and Dachstein massif. In winter you will find plenty of space inside and the gas-fired stove invite you to cozy hut evenings

Pro: Das Haus ist wirklich schön. Vor allem die Aussicht vom Balkon hat uns überzeugt. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Bei mehr Leuten würde es eng werden. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort und es war vom Raumgefühl sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist sauber. Die Bäder sind in Ordnung. Die Küche bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Falls etwas nicht passt, ist die Reinigungsdame schnell vor Ort und unterstützt. Vorort gibt es einige schöne Wanderwege, die sich lohnen.
Kontra: Im Haus selbst könnte die Aufteilung an 1-2 Stellen verbessert werden. Beispielsweise steht der TV im Essbereich und kann vom Sofa aus nicht eingesehen werden. Eine Mögliche Verbesserung wären auch noch Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Wenn man etwas anschauen möchte (Seen, Klamm, Dachstein etc.) ist man häufig 30-60 Minuten auf kurvigen Straßen unterwegs. Auch das auf den Bildern dargestellte Schwimmbad ist ohne eine Autofahrt nicht zu erreichen.
Fazit: Grundsätzlich ein schönes Haus mit Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Ein Auto sollte man dabei haben.

Annaberg im lammertal is een leuk skigebied voor gezinnen met kinderen op les. Nederlandse skileraren.
De huis ligt dicht bij de piste, dus als men al een beetje kan skiën heb je de auto niet nodig.

Matratzen und Terasse sind unbedingt Erneuerungsbedürftig. Ansonsten sehr schönes Haus.
