About this house rental
This expansive five bedroom, six bathroom residence is located in the Big Springs neighborhood of Northstar and is conveniently located for quick and easy access to skiing and the vibrant Village at Northstar. The main level offers an open kitchen and great room, a game room, primary suite and expansive deck with a cozy fireplace. Downstairs leads to another living area, 3 guest bedrooms and additional bunk beds, plus a second private primary suite. Enjoy the multiple outdoor spaces with a fire pit on the lower level, and a hot tub in a serene forest setting. In the winter, walk to the Timberline Chair to get on the slopes, and at the end of the day ski back in to your front door!

- All reservations are subject to approval by the owner after booking is received. Please allow 48hrs for confirmation.
- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- The damage waiver for this residence is a $200 non-refundable fee and covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage.
- Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 12 adults plus 3 children under the age of 12. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- Please note that walking access to the Timberline chair is available only when weather permits and the chair is operating. We do not offer discounts/refunds for lack of snow or due to the chair being non-operational. Please check the Northstar website for daily lift operations.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.

Great property but couldn't get tvs to work. Instructions said to use ipads but there were no ipads

Seven family members stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The house worked very well for us. It is well stocked with everything in the kitchen you could ever need. I would definitely recommend this, and one family member said, "Let's stay here again next year!"
