Guest Suite 1/Primary: King bed, ensuite bath with two sink areas, jetted tub, shower, walk-in closet, blackout shades, and robes provided.

Guest Suites 2 and 3, each include: king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, closet, window coverings, robes provided

Guest Suite 4: queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, closet, window coverings, robes provided

Bunk Room: Three bunk beds, for a total of 6 twin beds, 2 closets, ensuite bathroom with shower, double sink.

Kitchen: Large island with 4 bar stools and prep sink, Sub-zero refrigerator, Wolf 6 burner stove + flat top, Miele oven, Miele built-in coffee/espresso maker, two dishwashers, walk-in pantry with microwave and toaster oven. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and serveware. A drip coffee maker is provided should that be preferred to the Miele built-in.

Dining Room: Oversize table with 10 chairs + dining bench.

Family Room: Two oversized sofas, two swivel chairs + benches. Large gas fireplace. Large television with internet TV.

Billiard Room: Full size 9' billiard table. Sofa and television with internet TV.

Outdoor: Hot tub (cover must be removed and replaced by guests). Built-in gas barbeque. Gas fire pit surrounded by two love seats and two lounge chairs. Large dining table that seats 12, with gas heat lamps above. Regulation-size bocce court. Note: The exterior furniture is put away/protected during the winter months, and the bocce court is covered in snow.

Other: Guest laundry with stacking washer and dryer. The guest hall landing includes cabinets with an extra stock of towels plus towels for the hot tub. Mud room with cubbies for ski boots and other outdoor gear. Three-car garage with racks for skis, poles, and snowboards. NOTE: This home does not have A/C.

Northstar California is located near the north shore of Lake Tahoe and is home to over 3,000 acres of skiable terrain. The resort is known to be family-friendly and for its laidback atmosphere coupled with high-end luxury accommodations, shopping, and dining.

The Village at Northstar offers dining, entertainment, spa services, and shopping options with numerous restaurants and shops, a movie theater, an ice skating/roller skating rink, and more.

Northstar shoulder seasons are typically the end of the ski season through late June and after Labor Day through mid-November. During this time the resort and village amenities may be limited.

The NPOA Recreation Center provides guests with access to three pools (lap pool open year-round), two hot tubs, dry saunas, a fitness facility, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, kids' playground, massages, and summer activities for a daily guest fee.

There is an extensive hiking trail system throughout Northstar and the surrounding areas, accessible in the summer from the property's backyard.
