Perfect location on Crooklets, easy walk to all areas of Bude. We had the 3 bed apartment. Big warm clean rooms all with en-suite. Kitchen well equipped. Lovely views over the golf course and coast. Easy check in. Staff friendly and helpful. Great stay

Location is good, but always an uphill walk into Bude ( therefore downhill back ).
A contactless check-in was ok but we had problems opening the key safe.
People connected to TJ’s were always pleasant when we saw one.
We booked online having looked at the website. The website shows apartments, not rooms. We thought we were booking an apartment whilst in fact we booked a room. No information about rooms only on website. I had to send a message to confirm what we suspected.This was obviously disappointing.
We had to ask a cleaner for extra loo rolls.
