This modern house is situated over three floors and offers THREE bedrooms: on the top floor 1 master double with TV and en-suite shower room with WC. On the ground floor 1 twin bedroom and 1 double, which can be made into a twin on request. Bathroom: family size with shower over bath. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan living area on the second floor with Juliet balcony, TV with Freeview and DVD. Unlimited WIFI. Fully reclinable electric sofas - for those days when the British weather gets the better of you. Kitchen area with double electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Outside: small enclosed garden and a patio with table and chairs accessed via ground floor. Amenities: designated parking in adjacent car-port for 1 car. Bed linen, towels and electric, under-floor heating included. Regret no smoking or pets.

As a family of four we had a very good time in the house. There is a lot of space. We especially loved and enjoyed the short distance to the beach. The communication with Sarah was fast and friendly.

The property was very modern and very clean we were informed we could get in at 3 pm not 4 which made a difference as we had shopped and got settled by 5pm Our grandson has autism but this house and location was just right for him which is always a worry for us the beach is only down the road and the sea pool just 5 mins away We did however come home Friday Evening as the time of departure was 10am Saturday morning which would have been a rush with the grandson’s routine We all enjoyed our stay and whilst there washed clothing so no mass of holiday wash to come back to Thanks again
