Welcoming, clean , comfortable place. Labels in kitchen were helpful.
The automatic soap dispenser made cleaning dishes after cooking a little trickier but it worked really well nicely for hand soap

Instructions were easy to follow for entry into the house. The room and private bathroom were very neat and tidy and extremely clean and there was a nice welcome information sheet. The kitchen had clearly labeled draws with a good stock of everything needed to eat or drink. Although I didn't spend much time there in the evening as I went out to dinner, I was pleasantly surprised when I got back to find a light had been left on for me. The hosts remained upstairs during my visit and I felt extremely comfortable.

The landlord is mean，many rules needing to follow，otherwise she will phone you with a critical tone. Comparing with other hotels，I barely feel I am a customer，but a marked man. The rules including 1. You must wear slippers. 2.You must park your car in front of the door straightly. 3.You must check out at 10 am strictly，1 minute delay is forbidden. Otherwise she will call you immediately and expel you. （She will tell you the cleaner is waiting，but actually no cleaner is there，which is deceptive.）
I need to share the house with her and another couple, even if we are not on the same floor. The bathroom is actually separate from the bedroom. But considering the price，this is acceptable objectively.
