The place is pretty convenient, the facilities are easy to use, the hosts are friendly.

the whole facility was very clean everywhere, also quiet. I wasn't expecting it to be a single room, but i appreciated being able to sit in the shared lounge to do some reading.
It would have helped me feel more secure if it had been explained to me when i arrived how to make the door secure. Then I wasn't sure how many others might have known the door code.

In Hamilton for a tennis tournament and just a short walk to the courts, supermarket etc.
Facilities were great and excellent value for money.

Quiet area, nicely done up and feels like a home.
It is NOT stated that this is a one room bedroom. You share with the owner and another whole family or whoever is in the room next to you.
You get a code to the door AND a seperate code to your room. You share a bathroom and a kitchen with everyone.
