it was clean cozy and spacious
The bathroom window won’t close as the handle was broken therefore there was a lot of drought coming in. Also the neighbours were making loud banging noise middle of the night which was quite disturbing and annoying.

We read other reviews before booking and were initially a bit sceptical — but decided to go ahead because the price was good. Turns out, the negative comments were exaggerated. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
This apartment is one of the better ones we've stayed at in Birmingham. It was clean, the living room was fab with great decor, and it felt spacious enough for the two of us. For the price, we really couldn’t complain or expect more.
The apartment was located just outside the town centre, which was convenient enough for us. There were a few minor damages, but nothing that affected the quality of our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-priced option — we’d happily stay again.

Handy for central Birmingham
Check in and out was a little odd - rather than a locked key box to collect they were stored in an outside gas meter box which was hard to identify late at night and not what I would consider secure
