Just as described. Everything was clean! Property is easy to get to. If you enjoy seeing deer, this is the area for you! The drive from Fredericksburg to this VRBO i counted 32 deer one night and thats just the ones i seen. First night in the house was a chilly day/night and the house had plenty of heating to keep it warm. Shower has great water pressure. I rated the winery 5 stars but didnt actually go to the winery, but i have friends in the area that have been to it and recommended it! Would stay here again!

The hubs had a meeting in Sisterdale and this location was simply perfect. House was super clean,comfy beds and cold AC. Plus it’s pupper friendly so our Clyde dog got a weekend away from cow duty.

We loved the locals. The location is right off main road and impossible to miss. The decor was all cute and inviting. Two small issues that we ran into, which both were addressed promptly by the property manager. 1) no bedding for the pull out sleeper sofa. In the future I would recommend having available sheet, bedding and spare pillows available in closet spacing. This would eliminate the delay in getting and ensure the guest are comfortable in their sleeping arrangements. 2) we had a mouse the first day of our trip. The house backs up to an open field so it’s not a big alarm. But there was mouse fece. Behind the fridge and in closet space. So it appears the mouse has been present for a while. The bathroom space is small. The separating doors so that one can be in shower and other in vanity area getting dressed is useful. There are limited towels, I think I remember only 2-3 being available. The bedroom space was massive and very comfortable. The property could add a fold out bed or futon in this area to maximize sleeping count. The room has plenty of space. The road noise is loud, we noticed the sealing of the front door wasn’t good so that may be why the road noise was loud. But there isn’t a lot of traffic’s at night, only first thing in the morning. It wasn’t a concern for us, but others may want to be aware. We had a great time!!! And the house was perfect for what we needed, a place to lay our heads at night. We didn’t spend hardly any time there.
