As soon as you arrive, the Urban Flat in Paris team provides you with standard masks, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel, disinfectant wipes and soap.
Our accommodation is located in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, in a magnificent Haussmannian style building.
It has been completely refurbished and renovated and it is truly an exceptional product both in terms of its equipment and its location.
Our apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 10 people for a comfortable Parisian stay; It is equipped with wifi, hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric heating, TV.

In the open space kitchen you will find: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Our apartment will seduce you with its light , thanks to its larges windows. The superb oak parquet floor, as well as the elegant decoration give it a very Parisian touch.
Thanks to its 5 bedrooms, each of them with a special design, our apartment will undoubtedly be the ideal place to share good times with family or friends.
The main artery, Rue Montorgueil, is pedestrian and is lined with local food shops, bars and restaurants as well as trendy clothing shops. In this area, new restaurants, cocktail bars and stores have opened and strolling around the neighborhood will make you feel completely parisian.

A credit card deposit in the amount of 750 to 1000 € will be requested at the agency on the day of your arrival, and will be given directly to the owner for the duration of your stay.
48 hours after your departure, it will be charged, or not, by the owner, in the event of holidays, or general non-compliance with the regulations.
We offer you FREE access to our Urban flat in Paris gym, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 (50 meters from your apartment) and open every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
To access it, please come to our agency 9 rue du caire at 75002, to reserve your time slot in advance
Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.

It is in the first floor of an old building with elevator but the it doesn’t stop on the first floor so we have to hand carry our luggages of which is quite inconvenient.
There are 5 bedrooms and good for our group of 10 people. The apartment was renovated with simple decor. The kitchen would be better if all pots and pans and glasses are upgraded.
