Here is the description of the accommodation: 2 brand new apartments in a brand new building!!! Total area 220 m2 Accommodation capacity 28 people. The accommodation is on 2 floors with an elevator. It consists of 2 living rooms with 4 double sofa beds and 8 bedrooms:

-2 Rooms with a double bed.
The accommodation has 4 bathrooms and 2 Kitchens
Possibility of baby bed and high chair for rent.
We are happy to announce that regardless of the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.
In order to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our apart'hotels are meticulously cleaned and disinfected. Upon your arrival, the Urban Flat in Paris team will provide you with masks, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel, disinfectant wipes and soap. Our fully renovated apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 28 people for a comfortable Parisian stay. You will find wifi, hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric heating, Television. Our accommodation is located in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, in a magnificent brand new building.
As soon as you enter, you will fall under the charm of the living room that will immerse you in a cozy and warm atmosphere! The velvet of the dining area benches, the subdued lighting and the parquet floor, everything will contribute to making you feel at home from the first moments. Thanks to our large smart TV, you will love finding your favorite series. Our rooms are furnished with elegance and taste. We have chosen excellent quality bedding, as well as our bath towels and all household linen. In the American kitchen you will find: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle., that is to say everything you will need to prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family. And it is precisely by simply going down that you will find a few meters away what to sustain yourself...! Rue Montorgueil is a pedestrian street, very lively and picturesque, where you will find delicious gourmet shops. You will truly be in the heart of Paris, close to the best attractions, museums, bars and restaurants that the capital can offer you. You can thus reach the Louvre, the Georges Pompidou Museum, the Halles, the Opera or the grands boulevards in just a quarter of an hour on foot! For very large families or large groups of friends, please note that we have several apartments in this building :) Moreover, we offer you FREE ACCESS to our Urban Flat in Paris gym, located in the building and open every day from 9am to 6pm. To access it, please present yourself at our agency at 9 rue du Caire 75002, to book your time slot in advance. Your reservation is protected. In case of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
