The location, just off Penny Lane, was great. There are some fab cafes (LEAF) nearby, where all our dietary needs were well catered for.The rooms were just about clean, with crisp cotton sheets on the beds. The curtains were too thin to block out the light.The decor was very tired, with marks on the walls and torn bits of wallpaper . The carpets need a good cleaning. The kitchen had basic equipment, with only 2 mugs a reasonable size!The TV screen was huge and easy to operate, but one of the sofas was so full of lumps, it was impossible to use.The back yard could be a nice place to sit outside, if it was cleaned up.Its a good base for a weekend stay, but seriously needs updating.
