Perfect apartment for large party of people wanting a fun filled time. It was kept simple but had everything you might need. Fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, iron and board etc. comfy beds , heating. My (numerous) questions beforehand were answered quickly and I had full confidence that the staff would help if we ran into difficulties- we didn’t! All instructions and directions were concise and accurate. Property is indeed in the heart of clubs and pubs and up stairs but we were advised of this. The stairs to the top were not a problem to any of our party, eldest 72 years. We all took ear plugs and just didn’t let it bother us. The advantage of being able to walk everywhere without getting taxis far outweighed any noise issues. We were there to have a great time not a relaxing break. And we certainly had that. Would definitely book again.
Ten of us really couldn’t find anything we disliked. We already knew there was only one bathroom so we worked it out amongst us re showers etc. Couches better suited to single occupants rather than two people is probably the only negative comment but we sorted it.

It was a little confusing getting into the property but once we called the number the host was very helpful. the location is excellent. It is very noisy but you’d expect that from the location.
We were very put off by the security deposit though and almost cancelled due to this. I would advise revising this and using booking.coms insurance instead. The main downside was the shower it was not hot.

Location was spot on. Right on Matthew Street - you do hear the noise from the bars and clubs but this it to be expected given it's location.
Apartment sleeps 7 people yet it only has one bathroom.
On arrival, the shower was broke. Phoned to tell them and they couldn't send anyone round until the following morning. We checked in at 3pm and 7 of us had to bath and get ready for a party at 7pm! The maintenance guy didn't arrive the next morning, we had to phone to chase and he arrived around an hour later. He 'fixed' the shower, however, the pressure was diabolical! Water just trickled out.
Sofa beds in living area are so uncomfortable!
