The apartment is a cozy home located just 25 meters from the center of Give, a beautiful and charming green town with a unique atmosphere. The apartment sleeps 6 people and offers modern amenities including a separate kitchen with dishwasher, perfect for preparing meals at your leisure. There is also a cozy living room with a TV and dining area, The town of Give is known for its many sculptures in the cityscape, giving the town an artistic edge. The winding, hilly streets and roads invite you to take a stroll and it's a pleasure to visit the town's shops and cozy cafés and eateries. For those looking to explore attractions, Givskud Zoo, Legoland and Lalandia are just a short drive away. Nature experiences are also plentiful, with Rørbæk Lake being an obvious excursion destination with the possibility of canoeing.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
