About this house rental
Functionally furnished holiday home situated on an enclosed natural plot. The living room has a TV, wood-burning stove and an energy-efficient air conditioning system that ensures a comfortable temperature in all seasons. There is an annex with room for a couple of overnight guests. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace where there is a gas heater (bring your own gas) where nature can be enjoyed in the garden furniture. To heat the outdoor spa, you must either bring your own wood or you can buy it in the neighbourhood. The beautiful area by Kvie Lake with its sandy beach is known for its tranquillity and unspoilt nature. There are several nature trails in the area and it is highly recommended to bring bicycles. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the small, cosy local restaurant, which is located right by the lake. Fishing is not permitted in Kvie Lake itself, but the neighbouring lakes and streams offer excellent fishing opportunities. The town of Ansager and several sights and attractions are very close to the area, including Legoland and Givskud Zoo.pets are allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The house is in a very private and secluded place, Very good light and well equipped both indoors and outdoors with things need during a short/long stay, WiFi very good, Good parking space, Location is perfect for walks around the beautiful lake, Area feels safe and secure,

We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The facility was clean and tidy. There were plenty of dishes and a dishwasher. The location was great, near the lake. Some things I was not prepared for, the 3rd bedroom is actually a separate building. We were never successful to get the hot tub warm even though we bought 2 cords of firewood. We had to supply our own toilet paper, I left plenty for the next guest. We had to rent the sheets and towels. We also had to pay for the water and the energy we used. We were there 4 nights and were conservative. The total cost was about $85 so that was not too bad. The beds were ok, the duvets were wonderful and fluffy and so were the pillows. The shower curtain stuck to me the entire time I was in the shower. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and safe. It was less than 30 minutes to Legoland and LaLandia. It was only 45 minutes from the coast.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here, The home was clean and had all the necessary amenities, The kids loved the trampoline, even though it was packed away during our visit, The surrounding nature was quiet and beautiful, perfect for unwinding, Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but we found it manageable, Would recommend it for families looking for a simple, comfortable home base in Ansager,
