The location is right next to a metro station, with a grocery store just a few meters away and several restaurants right on the street. It's also close to the Parc des Princes stadium. The apartment is on the first floor. Communication with the host was satisfactory (though it was minimal).
The apartment is unfortunately quite poorly maintained, which I truly regret because it has a lot of potential. Even minimal, basic improvements would contribute to a much more pleasant stay (newer dishes, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, enough toilet paper — just small things that really don’t cost much). It’s really a shame that everything is so neglected (the cupboards are all broken, the sofa bed in the living room is falling apart, although the beds in the two bedrooms were comfortable. Overall, it fully matches the rating it currently has.

Book this apartment right away! It was amazing. So spacious, has all the facilities you need. The kitchen is well equipped; the bathroom is big and newly renovated. The apartment is about 20m from the Metro Stop- wow- so convenient. I cant wait to return- great find. The beds are so comfortable!

L’emplacement est idéal, au pied des transports en commun, juste au-dessus d’une brasserie qui sert d’excellents petits- déjeuners (et l’isolation des fenêtres est parfaite). L’appartement est spacieux, les lits très confortables.
Il ne manque que quelques accessoires, tels que des lampes de chevet.
Les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain, ce qui lorsqu’on est en groupe n’est pas des plus pratiques. Mais la salle de bain est spacieuse et confortable, bien chauffée.
