Le logement est convivial et fonctionnel. Nous sommes venus à Bâle pour un week-end et c'était très bien. L'hôtel est accessible et agréable.
La cuisine aurait mérité un peu plus de propreté.. il y avait beaucoup de poussière sur les comptoirs. Dommage aussi que le hamac et une chaise étaient cassés.

L'emplacement est top, près du centre ville et de toutes commodités. Le personnel est très réactif à nos besoins et attentes. Il est disponible même pour des demandes en soirée. Les instructions d'arrivée et de départ sont claires et faciles. Une carte pour emprunter les transports en commun et visiter les musées à prix réduits nous est offerte avant l'arrivée.
