The location was good and the property exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable and the area very quiet.
No complaints. Just a suggestion for some carpets on the floor as it was very cold in the morning and an extra blanket .

H95 offers a quiet, clean studio-apartment with a private kitchen and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Conveniently located in the pleasant Hegenheimer /Iselin neighborhoods. Bus Nr 38 to downtown Basel stops nearby and the Strassburgeralle stop (Tram Nr. 3 to the SBB Railway Station; 2026 routing during construction) is two blocks away. A small Spar grocery store is right next door; and a larger COOP is about two blocks away. The kitchen had a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and basic utensils and dishes. There was a small dining table, a work table with chairs, and a small couch. Various IKEA wall shelving provided plenty storage. The bed was adequate but the pillow were inferior and need to be replaced. The bathroom was up-to-date, but needs more lighting. The awning provided privacy, shade, and darkness. There were two washers and dryers (cost CHF 1.-/per load) in a laundry room on the roof of the building. We found one apartment/house key upon arrival and returned it to the safe box upon departure. The building had a very responsive, earlier generation elevator. We never saw anyone in person, but communication with the staff via message/email was easy, and the staff was responsive.
The pillows were very uncomfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was inadequate. There was no curtain for the windows near the bed; one had to rely on the cumbersome hand-cranked awning. It would be safer and more convenient for a couple to have two keys to the apartment.

Damaged kitchen sink, only one useless blanke between 2 adults, refusal to provide the 2nd blanket
