Clean, good position close to cafe, bus and metro. The garage door, it's broken, requires 2 people to open.
The was not heating on and no extra blankets available. Lukely the weather was no cold. .Also for some reason we did not receive the code to enter the property, but when we arrived there was a Cleaner, very helpfull

Todo, sobre todo la ubicación y lo bien que está equipada. Nos sorprendió también gratamente la ubicación, al lado de estación de metro y supermercados, y la comunicación con el propietario.
La calefacción en la planta de arriba no funciona tan bien como en la planta baja.

Nice quiet road short walk from tube, shops, busses. Comfortable beds with clean nice bedding. Big TV. Lots of cupboards, drawers for clothes. The host was always available on the end of the phone for problems.
No previous explanation of how to find the key lock, we had to call the host on arrival. Ditto the heating, house was not warm and we couldn't find how to increase the heat without first calling the host again.
Several items not provided: bath plug, cafetiere, small cutting knife, hand towels, dustpan, not enough toilet paper for 5 people! Chipped plates. TV remotes x 3, very confusing to work the TV. Bathroom key gets stuck, I was trapped for a few minutes unable to turn it. Shower is rather feeble, electric disconnected.
