Apartments Arla Exlusive consist of three self-catering accommodation units situated in residential building in very popular are of Dubrovnik, very close to various beaches and famous promenade.
Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available, so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure.
Parking is possible on site, but reservation is required.

This beautiful superior studio apartment can comfortably accommodate up to three persons.
It features air conditioning, heating, flat-screen cable TV. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with combined dining and seating area.
Private bathroom includes shower, washing machine and hairdryer.
Guests can also enjoy their staying on balcony with outdoor furniture.
Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a famous promenade are a 5 minute walk away, as well as tennis courts, green market and a movie theater, which are 5 minutes walk away. There are also many beaches in nearby area waiting for your discovery.
Dubrovnik’s Old Town is just a 10 minutes bus ride away, with a bus stop only 5 meters from the property.
Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are also 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km away.

Great location, but the washing machine wasn't working, we were helped with our laundry but the reason I booked was to have access to laundry.
