Good location, lovely views from the balcony, spacious and clean room. Warm and welcoming hosts.
We understood that it was out of season but it was still warm enough for the pool - wish it had been filled!

Lovely view; walking distance to town and amenities; quiet; well equipped;
Couldn’t get tv to work.
Smell of sewage coming through from somewhere on occasion;
Bedside lights didn’t work- couldn’t find landlady to tell her about it;

Because we were traveling around Croatia, we didn't know when we would arrive, and they were very flexible. We received a warm welcome, key handover, and explanations about the keys, the room, and the surrounding area.
Parking on the street was fine, and the room has a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the bay.
For our visit to Dubrovnik city, we used an Uber because it's faster and more convenient for parking.
A walking path runs along the bay, with all sorts of restaurants and cafes accessible via a staircase with quite a few steps. You can also take the less steep road to the beach. Checkout went smoothly by simply dropping the key in the mailbox.
I think the location is less convenient for people with limited mobility. The beach seems very close, but the quickest route to the bay involves a staircase of about 200 steps, which we found perfectly manageable. You can also take the road.

The views of lapad bay from apartment balcony were lovely. Apartment was fully self contained
The constant noise of others in complex moving things around above us and you can hear toilets flushing and showers from other apartments. Also bathroom had a funky smell
