About this villa rental

The Villa is located within the Le Balze Natural Park with a unique panorama that directly overlooks the estate. The building dates back to 1700 and was finely renovated around the 2000s. The Villa is located within a fenced property of 5 hectares. Despite being immersed in the purest and most pleasant countryside, it is located about 20 minutes from the famous The Mall Outlet, about half an hour from the city of Florence, 45 minutes from the center of Arezzo and 50 minutes from the beautiful Siena.
