About this house rental
Large, elegant villa of the 16th century located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside on the Florentine hills, at just 2.5 km from the Mall Outlet village. The setting is fabulous; surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, castles, and tiny hamlets with their old stone churches, the villa enjoys amazing views, especially at sunset.
The villa, which can accommodate up to 18 people, has a large, well-cared garden, a splendid terrace with BBQ for al fresco dining, and a saltwater swimming pool overlooking the valley (14x7 m, 140 cm deep, with outdoor shower, and which can also be heated on request) set on a sun deck, next to a smaller relax area with sauna, treadmill, an exercise bike, and a bathroom with shower.
Recently renovated, with particular attention to details and furnishing, the house has a warm atmosphere, a charm which will make your holiday unforgettable.
The property consists of the main villa and an annexe, a restored barn.
Main villa, 450 sq m.
Ground floor: 2 lounge rooms, one with a fireplace and a larger relax lounge, Wi-Fi, Sat-TV and a pool table, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, fruit juicer) and a toilet.
First floor: 5 double bedrooms (one with an additional single bed, and 2 of them can be twin beds), 5 en-suite bathrooms with shower and hairdryers. The bedrooms, all with a view over the Tuscan countryside, are equipped with Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, Sat-TV and air conditioning.
Annexe, 80 sq m. Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms (one can be twin beds), each with en-suite bathroom with shower. First floor: a double bedroom, an annexed small bedroom with a single bed, and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning.
Amenities: Wi-Fi, all bedroom windows have mosquito screens, 2 cots, 2 high chairs on request, heating, air conditioning, courtesy line in all bathrooms, alarm system, fire extinguishers, emergency first aid kit, private car park, pets allowed on request. Welcome basket.
Distances: Nearest restaurant at 800 m, nearest supermarket and shops in Leccio village, 2.5 km. Florence 33 km, Arezzo 55 km, Siena 65 km, San Gimignano 70 km, Pisa and Lucca 115 m, Greve in Chianti 30 km.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was clean and comfortable for all 16 friends and family joining us. Views were unbelievable and host was very communicative with any needs. It was a dream vacation. Great location and short drive to the train station. Also - a fabulous butcher and restaurants were a quick car ride away if you don’t feel like cooking. Lifelong memories to cherish at a beautiful villa!

Absolutely loved our stay. The Villa is beautiful and it was the perfect setting to celebrate my 50th with my loved ones, friends and family alike. Elena was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our visit was perfect. Hope to come back one day! Thank you Elena and Giuseppe!

We (13 of us) had a wonderful stay at thhe villa. The villa, the size and location makes it an ideal place for a large famly or group of friends to come together. I can highly recommend it. In addition, the management of the villa friendly and helpful. Top score.
