Front ocean view, bbq and fire pit, jacuzzi, enough space for our group of 7 adults, great location for beach walks or visiting town
Bbq needs cleaning, pit skewers would have been nice for s'mores, we were left without kitchen towels and extra bath towels (which we later found in full dryer in garage). Garage stairs are a death trap. Dryer sheets box was left empty.

The location is awesome, the house was great, it has everything that you would need, there are some steps to get up to the house, but the way they are spaced my 88 year old mom went up them. Only a couple blocks to beach access, it was our second time staying here. We'll be back!!
The telescope needed new battery's, other than that it was great.
