This spacious and exceptional home in Olivia Beach is sure to please everyone in your group during your next Oregon Coast getaway. This bright and sunny rental has modern decor, a private hot tub out back, access to a seasonal pool (open Memorial Day - Labor Day), and multiple views of the ocean from all levels. The home is family-friendly and has a gas fireplace and an open gourmet kitchen. A washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay.
Enjoy access to miles of beach right across the street to the north, while Olivia Beach Community Park, where you can catch a game of beach volleyball, is across the street out back. This area is also home to numerous dining options, including Mo's, Kyllo’s, and Blackfish Cafe, as well as an outlet shopping center and even a casino, all of which are just a short drive away.

Great views of the ocean, large home that accommodates a large family (we had 9!). Hot tub was enjoyable.
Previous comment regarding inadequate cutlery (specifically forks) is accurate. Note, elevator not available for guest use. Garage not accessible. Feedback provided to Vacasa.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful beach house. The location is great. Cute neighborhood park. The house is spacious and clean. We especially loved the large windows that let in so much natural light and the outdoor deck where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening sunsets. We loved that every bedroom had its own bath. Awesome water pressure!
The upper living area was great with perfect eating and game tables. The Blackstone was a nice surprise for cooking family dinners.
Beach access was good. Lots of stairs but not as daunting as they look.

The home itself was nice and accommodated my family very well. A few issues I had as soon as we arrive to the home was the lack of cleanliness it looked in there, as if it was rushed. It had a strong chemical smell in the bathrooms and when the showers were turned on you can see all the chemicals being washed away. Some of the bedrooms had a strong mold / dusty smell even after leaving the windows opened during the day. We experienced the freezer breaking the moment we put two small items in there. I quickly notified them but no one seemed to actually want to come out and fix it, we ended up having to put it together and we couldn’t use it for the rest of our trip. We also found a random man’s boxers in the kids room the one with all the bunk beds, which we notified as well. For them to charge a hefty cleaning fee they should really take their time to ensure the home is ready properly. All the windows sills were black and dirty, and the garbage cans designated for our use already had two bags of garbage not sure if the people cleaning threw stuff away but it was very inconvenient as we stayed for 4 days and didn’t have enough space for our trash. Overall, the location is great. Second time staying in this neighborhood and we will continue to do so, we just hope that they take better care of their guests and where they will be staying.
