We liked the location quite high above the town as it was quieter than most other rentals in Recco which are located close to the train and to busy roads. You do have to walk 100 meters to the house from the parking but this didn't bother us. There is a lovely terrace which gets the morning light and it's probably nice and cool here in the summer. The host responded immediately and made a repair when we had a minor issue.
The downstairs sofa bed was not comfortable and there was an issue with the warm water. We visited during the winter and found the house quite damp at first (but then so is the entire town..) but better as the heating warmed the house.
