Pictures do not lie, the house is really what it looks like, although a great wide lens make it look a bit taller or bigger in general an example of that is the size of the terrace, it looks a bit bigger than what it is (still beautiful).
The view is really amazing from the terrasse, and sunlight hits you amazingly well from 10/11 am until sunset.
Hostess whom was our contact person was absolutely helpful and flexible++ with clear instructions and easy to communicate with (if you are Italian verbally) in written English works very well.
Good safety in area and great parking availably for 2 cars. Decent amount of privacy, located in a calm area.
Cooking ability is there, great stove with oven, decent setting of cooking utilities and pans.
Good to know is that there is one proper bedroom with a "real bed", the rest is fold out couched fitting the additional 6 adults as per instructions.
The only remarks we have from our stay is related to the house equipment and charge of cleaning fee in cash payment upon arrival in return on what you get.
Minor details like the amount of glasses and settings is purely the minimum resulting in you doing dishes by hand all the time over using dishwasher etc (clearly a bit of a luxury problem but I can see how being a big family it changes logistics based on what you want to do).
No wine glasses, one small mocha (coffeemaker), and for those who need TV in their life - there is none.
For the price you pay and todays modern standards - its quite likely that one expects this kind of details in a stay like this. Upper floor does not allow people taller than 186cm to walk straight.
Cleanliness is good overall but dusty on floors, cleaning equipment works if you want to tidy up during your stay. There were 2 complementary dishwashing tablets one sponge and a bathroom towel to keep kitchen clean, some light set up of toilet papers in the bathrooms, given the fact that we paid a hefty price tag for a week and adding 250€ extra in cleaning fee the price feels a bit out of proportion to what you get to use cleaning stuff for daily use, especially being only two adults.
