Doppelbett war gebucht, zwei einzelne Betten vorgefunden. Und die konnten nicht vernünftig zusammengestellt werden, weil sie auf Rollen standen. Dämlich! Ärgerlich!

It is within walking distance of Cologne Dom and Cologne Hbf, as well as a supermarket. Another plus is that it’s a quiet spot, despite being right next to the main station and some of Germany’s top tourist points.
As the room is not rectangular, you will need to be creative about how you arrange your belongings. In particular, I struggled to find space in the morning for my daughter to do her make-up and to organise two large suitcases.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage – alles ist bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders angenehm war der Check-in: Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und humorvoll.
Im Zimmer fehlten sowohl Kosmetiktücher als auch ein Schminkspiegel, was ich bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwartet hätte. Zudem war das Zimmer sehr klein, sodass man kaum aneinander vorbeigehen konnte. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, bietet jedoch noch Verbesserungspotenzial
