Room was nice and quiet and facilities were good. Really loved the pool and sauna. The soap was amazing. Breakfast was also very tasty. The hotel is right opposite a retail park, which has a DM and a LIDL. A bus and tram to the city centre has stops right nearby so the location is pretty great. Big TV in the room was great.
The welcome card said we could call the phone for room service but when I called I was told to go down to the lobby. The card also mentioned a laundry service but when I called I was told they do not have a laundry service. This is fine but I think the welcome cards should be specific for the hotel location so as not to mislead at all.

We were welcomed by a lovely girl at the reception. Check in was quick, the room was clean and spacious enough (family of 4). Good shower, hot water & water pressure 👍
Breakfast was good, really nice staff working in the restaurant, they made us feel so comfortable and welcome.
Good quality food, something for everyone.
We haven't used the pool and sauna.
All in all a lovely stay.
I'm sorry I messed up the waffle maker during the breakfast 🤦♂️. It was totally my mistake, but maybe a suggestion - put instructions in English too, for tourists coming from abroad 🫶

The staff was nice. Hotel room was very big and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Dinner I didn’t like that much
The room was never cleaned properly. I found hair on the bed when I arrived. And the bed wasn’t even dusted properly. We always found mess on the floor.

Friendly staff.
Price of breakfast is a bit too expensive.
Sheets are not very breathing and caused overheating and sweating.
Shower in a bath tub is tricky and causes sliding and falling.
