This one of a kind stunning estate sits on a point with south, east and west exposure. The 5 Bedroom Main House has a Primary Bedroom with Ensuite on the Main Floor. 2 Additional Main Floor Rooms with Queen Beds (built in bunk above) which share a jack and jill ensuite. Upstairs are 2 additional large rooms, one with a King Bed and lake views and the other with 2 sets of double size base bunk beds. The Main Floor is spectacular with a luxury Chef's Kitchen, Cocktail and Coffee Bar features Nespresso and Drip Coffee Machine, Instant Hot Water Tap and double fridges. Large Dining Area and Breakfast Bar. Cozy living room with a fireplace, and Frame TV. Beautiful lake front views throughout. Incredible outdoor space that can be used year round. Fireplace for warmth and roasting marshmellows, Covered outdoor dining area with heaters for year round alfresco dining, ping pong area, and large outdoor kitchen area with hot tub.
The property has 2 small detached guest suites at the rear of the property which are may be added on for a fee. Please inquire if interested.

Guest have access the the entire home with private use of large lake front area.
Other things to note
Events will be considered but MUST be pre approved and depending on event an event fee will need to be paid to cover additional cleaning.
PS - we love our blackout blinds in all the downstairs bedrooms for feeling extra rested .. and most of all we love enjoying the outdoor space, rain or shine - playing cards at the covered outside table with the fire on and heaters on!
