This house was great for our family get together. Lots to do and spaces to be together and find a little quiet. The pool and games room were very popular. The surrounding areas are lovely with lots to do and explore.

Exceptional property for family reunions - something for every generation. Kitchen layout was phenomenal, we had a professional chef in the family & everything about the kitchen made for a spectacular cooking & hosting experience. The home accommodated all scenarios - from remote work to teen fun to 80 year olds with mobility issues. The home is stocked to the gills and the set up is meant for guests to feel at home. The pool and hot tub are a resort experience and the many sheltered gathering places made for fun morning, noon, and night. The gym was an extreme hit as well and the theater is something to behold as are the DVD and VHS collections. Lastly, the location is unparalleled- close (7 minutes) to quaint Mill Bay shopping center making shopping a breeze, if you can catch the Mill Bay ferry try- it’s a tourist experience in itself. The trail system in the woods of the property meant taking a walk or trail run was available “out the back door”. Shawnigan Lake, Kinsol Trestle and farm stands are all short drives away. If you’re planning a family reunion or need lots of space, this is a property that won’t disappoint.
