Picture relaxed mornings with ocean views, afternoons exploring the 50-mile trail system and beaches, and evenings soaking in the private hot tub or gathering in the living area for movies and music with the DVD player and stereo.
Outdoors, the lush garden and furnished patio create a peaceful place to unwind or grill on the BBQ. Inside, thoughtful spaces make it simple to spread out and get comfortable. A private washer and dryer help keep layers and beach gear fresh during your stay.

• WiFi and cell service: Due to Sea Ranch’s remote location on the Sonoma coast, speed and reliability can vary and may be occasionally unavailable.
• Stairs: The home has stairs (please see photos for reference).
• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 cars. Sea Ranch does not allow street parking overnight, and there is no additional parking beyond what’s described. RVs, trailers, and mobile homes are not permitted in Sea Ranch.
• Community amenities: Guests have access to Sea Ranch’s trail network, public beach access points, and three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, tennis courts, and a half-basketball court. Amenities vary by center and availability.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found, additional cleaning may apply.
• Private washer and dryer available for guest use.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

Rented this house for a weekend with friends and had a great time! The house has interesting architecture — high & angular ceilings, big windows — and the design allowed for cozy and intimate hangs. We thought the previous reviews were a bit harsh. Just know that it’s an older home and has a slightly dated decor, but it’s still totally functional and unique!

This property has a great view from the dining room table. Nice and roomy with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. It was unfortunate that the fire place did not work. It is a very serviceable house but it needs some tlc. It's tired and worn. But it was clean and did the job of housing us.

The views were beautiful and we loved walking along the coastal trail. Property managers were very responsive when the toilet was broken, sending someone out on Christmas. It was disappointing that the fireplace wasn’t working.

There are no blinds in the dinning room. It gets super hot in the afternoons.
