Apartment is in a very safe complex and situated within walking distance of the shops, pub and beach etc.
The only thing that was difficult was the stairs with 4 suitcases between the 2 of us. It's the apartment at the top with no lift access and travelling with my mum, I had a lot of heavy lifting to do so remember this if booking.
Apartment was clean, communication was great. Would recommend to others as thought it was good value.
I think there could be an option to put the two twin beds together to make a double. I understand this is a perfect set up for a family but it's not ideal for an older person to sleep in a twin bed which is quite small.

Great location in a beautiful estate. The apartment is tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and well equipped. The host was extremely proactive, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed, which made our stay very easy and pleasant.
Due to estate regulations, fixed air conditioning is not permitted. Mobile units are available and help, but during extreme heat it can still be quite warm, especially during the day.

Een prima locatie in Houtbaai. Accommodatie gelegen op een afgesloten terrein met nachtbewaking. Mogelijkheid om auto bij de flat te plaatsen.
Alles was aanwezig in de flat maar dit was basic. Eetkamerstoelen zaten niet lekker.
