This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is designed for easygoing lake living. You’ll have comfortable common areas to unwind between outings, plus Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace when you need to plug in. Step outside to a backyard with a BBQ grill for casual cookouts after a day on the water.
When it’s time to turn in, both bedrooms are made up with crisp linens for a restful night’s sleep. A stackable washer/dryer adds everyday convenience during longer stays or after outdoor adventures. Parking is simple, with space for up to four vehicles in the driveway.

Important Things to Note
• Stairs: The home has stairs (please see photos). Stairs are required.

• When left alone, please crate or safely contain your pet, and please clean up after them indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if needed.
• Laundry: Private washer and dryer available for guest use.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and • want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. We rent this home 3 to 4 times during the summer each year and always have a fabulous time there. The water is perfect on the upper Colorado, where this is located. It’s just a rocks throw from the dam at Inks Lake, so there’s very little boat traffic. The home is well equipped, and very comfortable. You’re not allowed to use the boat lift, but it does have a nice dock for docking your boat and a place for two jet skis, and that seems to work out fine for us. You’ll love the beautiful pecans and the plush green grass and gentle slope down to the water. Everything is there that you would need. There’s even a washer and dryer.

We enjoyed our stay. The lake house was super clean and provided necessities needed for cooking meals. We arrived early, but were not able to get early access, though the place was ready. For the amount we paid, we felt an earlier access would have given us more time to enjoy our time at the lake; check out was super early too. Felt like we really had only one full day to enjoy the place, considering what we paid. But we enjoyed our time together.
