About this house rental
Discover the queen city in this 3 bedroom home on Worth Avenue. Worthave is a peaceful street that is super walkable to amazing bars and restaurants! Eli’s BBQ- arguably best Cincinnati BBQ joint is a short 5 min walk. This unit is very close to Hyde Park and Oakley (~5 min drive). It is also super easy to get downtown (~10 min drive). Plenty of free street parking and parking behind the unit.
You will have the entire home to yourself. This unit is an over 100 year old home that is newly remodeled. All bedrooms are on the second floor so will require walking up stairs.
First Floor:
- Front porch w/ seating
- Spacious Living room w/ L shaped Couch
-We have board games that you can use during your stay.
- Small Personal Laundry in Kitchen Closet
- 6 person Dining Table
-- BATHROOM 1 (full): Standing shower only. Stocked with shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Hair dryer is also available.
- KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. We offer free coffee with your stay. Contains pots, pans, cutlery and other necessary items like oil, sugar, salt and pepper. It is stocked with everything you'll need to whip up a meal.
-Kitchen leads to outdoor fenced in yard.
-Patio with a fire table and seating.
-Fire pit in yard with seating.
Second Floor:
- BEDROOM 1: Master Bedroom to the left of the stair landing. King bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Closet. Desk. Crib/pack n play available.
- BEDROOM 2: Queen bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Closet.
-BEDROOM 3: King bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Closet. Desk.
