Comfortable, clean & well equipped. Lovely spacious bathroom . Heating on when arrived so it felt very cosy, perfect for our overnight stay in Rigby

Walking distance to the town centre. Easy parking.
We had a couple of issues with cleanliness. The sheets on one bed were covered in black bits and a hair. We complained and we were told where to get clean sheets from. There was dried egg on one of the bowls. The stairs to one of the bedrooms is very steep and it's not easy to carry bags up it.
