The location on Dunchurch Road is ideal for getting to the town centre, hospital and retail parks.
I liked there was a parking space.
TV with a range of viewing channels.
Quiet neighbours, peaceful and although Dunchurch Road is a main road, I was not at all disturbed.
There did seem to be a smell of stale cigarette smoke which I reported.
Needs a bath mat as you have to climb into the bath to use the shower, to prevent anyone slipping.

Good location for town and getting around the surrounding area. Free parking onsite. Quiet. Modern. Comfortable. Clean. Spacious. We will definitely stay again when visiting family.
The kettle wasn’t working when we arrived. I contacted the agent Saturday pm and a new kettle arrived Monday. We appreciated the landlord bringing it to us. The mattress isn’t the best (very soft) but we got used to it.
