About this house rental

Country house "Materia Prima". 6 km from the centre of Mazzano Romano, 45 km from the centre of Roma, in a secluded position, 45 km from the sea, 13 km from the lake. For shared use: park 2 ha, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, hot tub. In the house: sauna. Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, grocery 6 km, bus stop 4.1 km. Nearby attractions: Autodromo Vallelunga 4 km, Trevigano 23 km, Sutri 27 km, Braciano 34 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Bracciano 13 km, Vico 34. Please note: the owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.
5-room cottage 300 m2 on 2 levels. Modern and luxurious furnishings: large living/dining room. Exit to the garden, to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double sofabed and TV (flat screen). 1 double bedroom.
