About this farm stay rental
It's an independent villa with a pool and 1000 square meters of garden at your disposal. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends. It offers three bedrooms (two double rooms and one room with three single beds) and two bathrooms. Living room with dining table, sofa bed, kitchenette, fireplace, and air conditioning. Fully equipped outdoor patio. Private parking.
One double room has a private bathroom with shower inside the room, the other double room, and the room with single beds share a bathroom with shower.
Guests can enjoy outdoor spaces equipped with a pool, sunbeds, ping-pong, foosball, outdoor lounges, gazebo, and a dining table under the patio (up to 20 people).
The farmhouse's services complete the offer, such as the educational farm, the own-produced wine, and the organic vegetable garden.
Upon request, we prepare breakfasts, lunches, or dinners, including the possibility of candlelit dinners by the poolside.
A 5-minute drive from the nearby seaside town of Ladispoli and the Etruscan village of Cerveteri, famous for the Necropolis of Banditaccia.
Cerveteri-Ladispoli train station is just a 5-minute drive away (paid transfer available) and allows you to reach Rome San Pietro station in 20 minutes by train.
Rome FCO Leonardo da Vinci Airport is a 25-minute drive away (paid transfer available).
Civitavecchia port is a 30-minute drive away (paid transfer available).

This was the perfect get away 30 minutes outside of Rome. Fun for our kids and very peaceful for the adults. the cottage/ guest house was clean and the host was very welcoming. Thank you Filippo!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful poolside villa for four days while attending a baptism of a friend's baby nearby. The villa is next to the pool in the garden of a bigger house and was compact but very comfortably furnished with a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. The host Filippo was charming and welcoming and made us feel very at home with his own homemade prosecco and mini pizzas and his dogs gave endless hours of amusement to the children dropping pine cones into the pool for the children to throw for him. Robin will be sorely missed! There was so much to see including Filippo's pigs and piglets, chickens, geese, goats and an amazing vineyard. We tasted the delicious wine that they produce as well and it was fascinating to see how they make and store the wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to rent.
