About this house rental
Located in Maida Hill, about 15 mins out of the West End, Central London, Notting Hill & Paddington, close to Waterway Pub by the Canal & Water Taxi to Regent Park Zoo & Camden. You’ll love the place because of the cosiness, the modern fully equipped kitchen & the quiet location. The rooms are on separate floors with their own bathrooms, it is of the very highest standard and could sleep 5/6 people incl. children. The property is ideal for couples, solo adventurers business travelers & families.
The space
Nestled away in a quiet Mews, a charming 2 bedroom Mews House in Maida Hill with free off-street parking. A super central place with public transport to all major attraction within 20min.
The Mews house consists of 3 floors, the bedrooms are on the Ground floor & Second floor with their own separate bathrooms, the Kitchen & Living Room are on the floor in middle, so the bedrooms are very private.
The Ground floor bedroom has access to a private patio & the property is provided with TV, iPod dock, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, iron & ironing board.
The bathroom is tiled throughout in limestone with a bath and shower set, a large mirror and lots of space for your toiletries.
The kitchen is high tech and modern and stocked with cooking utensils as well as a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
You are 15min walk from the Regents Canal, for traveling further afield, Kilburn Park Underground is just a 7min walk and from here you can reach Oxford Street and Soho within less than 15 minutes. Paddington Station just a 20min walk - is one of the best-connected stations for getting around central London (District & Circle, Hammersmith & City and Bakerloo) as well as being one of London's main stations for train connections throughout the UK, ideal for the Heathrow Express/Connect.
We are also close to tourist attractions such as Little Venice, Regents Park for London zoo, Madame Tussauds, Marble Arch & Oxford street.
For the cricket enthusiast we are a 20min walk from Lord's.
In fact you can get to most attractions via public transport within 20mins

Great property with a main hang out area and 2 separate bedrooms. Alistair was very communicative during the process. Neighborhood is quiet, and not a ton right next to you, but it's 20 minute walk to a lot of great areas. Would recommend.

It was a good and clean apartment. The host was very friendly and gave us a few good tips of where to eat. We used it as a base to watch a cricket match at Lords. We could walk from there to the match. It is also close to Paddington station, making it easy to reach from Heathrow.
