Appartement magnifique ,super équipé, avec une vue mer exceptionnelle et une super place de parking .Tout est pensé pour y passer d'excellentes vacances. Un grand merci à Chrystèle pour son accueil.

La vue est dingue ! Literie très confortable, 2 belles salles de douches, des grands canapés confortables, très bien équipé (même des serviettes de plage), une place de parking Hôte très disponible Bref c’était parfait

Appartamento ben progettato e attrezzato. Vista mare gradevolissima a 360 gradi. Palazzo signorile. Corrispondenza con i servizi inclusi e le fotografie illustrative. Siamo stati per più di due settimane con un pet e la veranda su tutto il balcone è stata fondamentale per proteggere cucina e zona giorno dal vento, significativo in alcune giornate di agosto al nono piano. Climatizzazione efficace, wi-fi efficiente, posto auto riservato come promesso. Contesto lungomare e spiaggia ben curati.

Non ci sono appunti negativi da fare. M.me Chrystele, gentile host, ci ha assistito telefonicamente in ogni aspetto utile, dall’arrivo alla partenza.

The main positives of this apartment are the beautiful sea view and the proximity to a local seaside promenade with ice-cream and snack kiosks. With a car, getting around is convenient. However, visitors without a car should note that most restaurants and shops are more than a 20-minute walk away, partly through a more industrial-looking area, so the location may not feel equally convenient for everyone.

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not feel consistent with the price level. On arrival, the wooden floors in the bedrooms appeared dusty and not thoroughly cleaned. The water pressure in the shower is low — it’s possible to shower, but not comfortably. Some of the furniture also feels worn (the sofa is unstable when sitting), and the dishware and cutlery in the kitchen are rather cheap and worn. Because of the very large wall-size windows, dust tends to collect quickly and there are noticeable drafts, so the apartment requires frequent cleaning to feel comfortable. After checkout, the host attempted to charge an additional cleaning fee (initially 300 €, later reduced) based on claims from the cleaning team about extra work. This surprised us. During the stay we cleaned regularly because we were traveling with our 1-year-old child (who was crawling on the floor), and when leaving we only had normal-use items remaining — about 1.5 days of trash in the bins and some dishes in the kitchen and dishwasher. We would completely understand a small symbolic charge (for example around 20 €) for a broken tea strainer and a minor issue with a trash bin, but the requested cleaning fee felt disproportionate. Guests may therefore want to clarify expectations about post-stay cleaning and potential additional fees in advance. In summary, the sea view is lovely, but considering the issues above and the experience with the attempted additional charge, the apartment did not feel like good value for the price.
