About this villa rental
Walking distance to the sea shore and the beach and only 2 kms away from the center of Cannes. A fantastic location for family holidays as well as professional clients attending the numerous congres at the Palais des Festivals. A nice garden with several palm trees, a large and secured (fenced) swimming pool area. Terrace equipped with bbq. Air conditioning in every room. Closed garage. Remote controlled gate. Alarm system.

Although we shared the villa among colleagues during a trade show and did consequentlly not utilize the facilities to the maximum we definitely appreciated our stay highly.
The house was clean and is well equipped; everything was matching the description.
We enjoyed great Service by the housekeeper Jean-Pierre who really made our stay a perfect one.
He was very helpful showing and accomodating everything needed and in coping to our "special" requests (e.g. organizing a charging cable for our EV).
Communication with the owner Olivier was easy-going, but commited on all admninistrative stuff.
Bottomline a perfect stay, great thanks again to Olivier and JP :-) and we definitely consider coming back.

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Coffee and croissants (picked up nearby) al fresco, a day at the beach or shopping in Cannes (walking distance) or at the many landmarks and destinations within a 60-90 minute drive. Regroup at the pool in late afternoon and had as many dinners at home (well equipped kitchen and grill allowed us to take advantage of the amazing produce and local ingredients) as at the great restaurants in the area. J-P was a wonderful caretaker and source of information. It was fantastic!
