you stay entertained. With an abundance of natural light and a seamless
design, the living room provides a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, ideal
for spending quality time and strengthening bonds with friends and family.

With its complete range of appliances, the fully equipped kitchen offers an
excellent location for preparing a comprehensive meal for the entire
gathering. Additionally, it provides the convenience of having a coffee maker
and microwave available for use.

corner lot.
Note: No access to garage. That would be owner storage with materials for

We stayed in this beautiful house to attend our daughter's graduation in Chico. Although one hour from Chico, this house had exactly what our family needed for an enjoyable weekend. The home was extremely clean , the beds were comfortable and all amenities really helped us feel like we were at home. The host was available quickly when we reached out for access and was available on short notice during our stay. We loved this house and appreciated the host's prompt, friendly communication. We highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for my visit to see my son who is at Beale AFB. The location was close to him and the house was very clean and spacious in a nice neighborhood. The owner was very responsive. The house was very comfortable and was exactly as listed. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in this area. We had a great trip 😊
