About this house rental
This amazing Historic Folsom Property consists of two separate houses with 2 full kitchens, sleeping a total of 8 people in 4 separate bedrooms...perfect for a bigger gathering or 2 families. The one of a kind Craftsman Style property is located on Sutter Street, one block away from the popular Historic Folsom Downtown area and one block from Lake Natoma, truly in the heart of Historic Folsom. The house is on a double lot and has a custom built in pool with a well landscaped yard.
The old charm and character of the 1919 craftsman house and separate Pool House along with the special back yard oasis and pool offers you a true feeling of a relaxation. There are very few Historic properties with large lots, this particular property is two historic lots combined, all to yourself. Wander down the steps to a oasis, starting with the newly built 1,200 sq/ft. pool house .The heated pool, gas fire-pit, lighting, concrete deck, palms and grass area make you feel like you're truly on vacation. The Pool House itself is comparable to a $1,000 per night custom suite. The main house is newly furnished and updated.
The whole property is yours, I will consider smaller groups for a discounted price if only using the main house that sleeps 6.
Guests who book need to be respectful of neighbors. No late night noise that may disturb the neighbors. No outside music after 10 pm. Guests that plan on having more people over above the number of guests booked may be subject to cancellation, we just do not want unapproved parties. Please be honest with the host on plans. Let the host determine if extra guests are approved to be on premises. This is not meant to detour you from enjoying the home, it is about respect of the neighborhood.
