As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

The home was very nice and clean. The soft beds were comfortable and the recreation passes were a plus to have to be able to swim and use the recreation facilities. Eagle crest is beautiful. Hot tub was super fun. Kitchen is stocked ok but could be enhanced with more pots, pans and bigger bowls as our family loves to cook together! Thank you for your quick responses and the wonderful stay! We would definitely stay here again. Lots of space!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Clean and comfortable. Nice to have a hot tub right on the back deck.The only reason I give four stars instead of five is our specific circumstances. We had 4 kids and there weren’t a ton of things for kids to do in the house. I also would like to have live TV (not apps unless something like a YouTube Tv login was provided).We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! It had been a few years since we’d come to Eagle Crest but it was a great few days!!
