We found our stay was very enjoyable. Aniko was a friendly, helpful, communicative host who got back to us promptly with any queries we had. The property was very clean and the beds were especially very comfortable! Ideally situated not far from the centre. Would highly recommend!
Some subtle lighting (lamps) in the lounge area would add more ambiance. The coffee machine did not work for us but Aniko promptly advised she would be looking at this for when other guests stay.

A convenient base for a visit to Worcester. Accommodated 7 of us comfortably. Excellent value for money.
It wasn’t equipped with some of the low-cost items that make for a really pleasing stay. Two full sets of cutlery, drinking glasses, mugs etc would mean that the dishwasher doesn’t have to be run as soon as anything has been used. A good sized teapot and water jug would make all the difference. Also a decent hob and oven - the existing ones are not good for even basic food prep.

The bedroom curtains (single bed room) wouldn't close properly. This should have been picked up by the cleaner before we arrived. I did report it but as a temporary measure used a big hair clip to keep it closed. We didn't want a handyman around while we were staying.
One of my friends said the top bedroom door was stiff and difficult to open at times (heat related?)
